- Ensure positive patient experience by providing support and compassion.

- Record patient assessment data into our Electronic Health Records system.
- Consult with members to gather pertinent information regarding current symptoms, medication history and overall state of well-being.
- Deliver stellar face-to-face experience in our clinics, by promoting various treatments Serenity offers.
- At least 1 years of target or commission-based sales experience in medical sales or marketing.
- Prior patient care not required.
- Passion for helping people in a patient-centric culture.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- A desire to grow into a leadership position within Serenity, and an openness to mentorship.
